black USA made modular plastic pontoon. This is a great option if you're looking to add a third pontoon under your boat to gain extra flotation. This pontoon assembly consists of 3 straight segments and one nose cone that assemble for one 144" long pontoon. This pontoon assembly weighs 213 pounds and has a manufacturer's rated capacity of 1092 pounds (rated at half submersion). All the parts are foam filled, meeting US Coast Guard specifications, and are molded from a high-density polyethylene, which will withstand both high and sub zero temperatures. These pontoons have stout built-in 1.625" wide and 3" mounting pockets that are easy to build your frame to match up with, as the holes are molded in and drilled through. To the right, we have provided a diagram showing dimensions for the straight segments that are included in this pontoon kit to clarify how they are made. Unlike standard aluminum pontoons, our tough plastic pontoons are super impact resistant and will not dent or corrode over time.
