1945 King Zephyr Tenor Saxophone

Description

1945 King Zephyr tenor saxophone, s/n 273736. This is a one-owner horn, passed to me by the nephew of the original owner. The sax is in estate condition and needs substantial servicing, and likely new pads before it's ready for regular use. The case appears to be original and it has a whiff of old case/attic smell. The lacquer is a gorgeous deep honey gold color, that I believe is not original. This is definitely a project horn, but the end result should be worth the time and energy that its new owner will put into it.
