Adorable doll with white dress

I could not find a brand mark on this doll. If anyone knows the brand please share.
The doll measures 15 1/2 inches. There are
Some scuff marks on hand face is in very good condition hair is a bit disheveled dress has minor staining. This was not played with, it just sat in an antique stroller for a number of years.
