I bought this in September 2017 from a Northwest saxophone shop that I do not remember the name of. It had just been overhauled there with new snap in Chocolate Roo Pads, new Norton Springs as needed and everything tightened up and adjusted as necessary. It also has the nickel tone ring. It did not need any damage repair because there isn't any. The lacquer is in good shape as shown in the pictures. The case is original and sturdy and does have some clear tape on it holding on the binding that is coming lose. I owned three of these together and wasn't too particular about which one I pickup up and played or took to a gig or rehearsal. So I would say it's had moderate use since I've owned it.
