Stainless blade is fully flat ground for a sharp edge that cuts well and is easy to sharpen. Fine edge blade for slicing, not for chopping or rough work.
Blade has almost full length tang with three rivets for strong durable construction.
The blade is made from a single piece of natural wood shaped for a comfortable and secure grip. The wood is very dense and dark high quality wood.
Unused knife with light spots from long storage which should clean up easily. No damage.
