    Description

This CD is not intended for use by hypnotherapists in treating others. It is meant to be used autonomously by individuals apart from a clinical setting, to safely examine their own subconscious material.
A legitimate therapy session would include an interview to first determine if Past Life Regression (PLR) is (a) the most effective technique for a particular concern, and (b) an appropriate option for the individual being treated. In the hands of a professional, PLR becomes PLRT (T for Therapy), it takes on a different form than is presented here, is interactive, and requires advanced training in hypnoanalysis.

Well I thought I'd try this just for the fun of it but I was really surprised when it actually helped me take care of some problems I have with relationships and b
laming myself for bad choices. It got me thinking and for some reason I just decided to make some changes in my life. My friends couldn't believe the difference in me. And I really do feel like a new person. Then my sister used it and she was afriad of water her whole life but now we're going on a cruise together!
    Roxanne Adams, (
    Oxnard, CA)
After reading several books about past life I went into this convinced it would be helpful. I was certainly not disappointed. I love the way it is presented and did indeed find it therapeutic. Definitely recommend it!
10 truths about Past Life Regression
    (See More Below)
    1.
When used (or misused) out of mere curiosity or just for the fun of it, Past Life Regression becomes game-like and rarely elicits worthwhile information in terms of self-improvement. This CD is designed as
    a tool for self-improvement.
    2.
    It is
    not
    necessary to believe in reincarnation
for Past Life Regression to be effective.
    .
Even if, during self-hypnosis, you do access images of a different time and place, this isn’t empirical proof that you have lived before. There are other possible explanations such as (a) cellular memory, (b) Jung’s theory of Collective Unconscious, (c) the theory of alternate universes and, of course, (d) pure fantasy.
    3.
    Movies are meant to entertain
    and present a
    fictional
    representation of
    Past Life Regression
. Don’t believe everything you see.
    4.
    The same goes for novels.
    Don’t believe everything you read.
    5.
In many cases a person needs to
    experience hypnosis more than once
    before PLR meets their expectations.
    6.
In a state of hypnosis you are guided to recall information perceived as association with a previous lifetime.
    Recalling
    experiences does not mean
    reliving
    them, which is  known as
    revivification
, is rarely advisable, and  then only with specialized professional oversight.
    7.
Professionals who write about actual experiences write only about their most sensational cases. They may see hundreds of clients, thousands over the years, but the majority of these reap nothing that will help sell a book, so they go unmentioned.
Not everyone emerges from a session knowing with certainty they have lived before, who they were, or where and when that was.
    8.
Sometimes memories of a PLR experience are delayed
until moments, hours, even days later, and then sometimes recollection occurs in a dream or a series of dreams.
    9.
As is true with all self-hypnosis,
    trying too hard
to  Make PLR happen can keep it from happening.  Deep  relaxation itself provides benefit.
    10.
    Repeated use
of the reinforcement CD increases your odds of success

    cannot
make you do things that are contrary to your value system or against your will.
