Armstrong Soprano Sax made in Germany by Jules Keilwerth for Elkhart.
This design was for the original Keilwerth Toneking, but it is more famous in the U.S. for its H. Couf Superba II stencil, whose most famous players were Grover Washington, Jr., who played this model from the 1970s to the 1990s, and Dave Liebman, who played this design in the late 1970s. It is a professional quality instrument and built to last.
The design and serial number indicate it was made by Julius Keilwerth in Germany in early 1979.
