    I honestly do not know if this coin is silver or sterling silver I honestly believe it to be of sterling silver .925 like all the other coins i have the paper work offers no clue to that and im not sure how one would find out as both are 28.28 grams in weight and both have a diameter of 38.61 only difference is the silver proof issued 2500 while the uncirculated 500 solver coin they issued 5000 I have studied this coin front and back in its case I think its a proof coin but ask any question i will answer if it helps determine which
