    Description

Get the LAN Ethernet adapter for Amazon devices.
This is one of the most popular Ethernet adapters on the market so you can turn your amazon wifi device into a slick streaming machine.
    Works amazing on:
    2nd Gen fire sticks
    3rd Generation Fire TV (pendant)
    4K Firesticks.
(NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 1st Generation Fire stick's)
TV xStream Media LAN Ethernet adapter is a simple solution to an annoying problem, how to hard wire your amazon devices. USB 2.0 connectivity plus a smartchip  makes this a simple process. Just connect your amazon power cable into the OTG cable provided, connect the other end of the OTG cable to your fire stick. Now you have a USB port for the Ethernet adapter to fit. See pictures for directions.
ALSO included in this bundle is the OTG cable so you can get setup and streaming straight away. No additional items are needed. Just plug in you Ethernet cable from your modem to the TV xStream Ethernet Adapter and see the difference. USB connection is fast 2.0 so your connection will be much more reliable than standard wifi.
    Start reducing your buffering
Reduce your frustration and get the TV xStream Ethernet adapter.
If you have a fire stick and are not sure what generation you have, unplug it from the TV. look at the bottom of the stick
and look for these numbers (the
    writing
    is very small)
    1st-gen = 2ABDU-0509 (not compatible)
    2nd-gen = 2AE6S-0948 (works GREAT!)
    INTERNET SPEED -
This device is designed to give you a BETTER INTERNET connection. WiFi can be fast but it also can also slow down during peak times, it transmits in waves (fast and slow). With a wired connection this removes this cause of buffering by giving you a steady internet stream.
Buffing or lagging may not be eliminated completely as buffering is caused by more than 1 thing. If you are using a streaming service to watch TV then you may still buffer if that service is to slow
    if you have any issues
I have had some  Amazon Fire TV Box not connecting to the internet when using the Ethernet cable rather than Wifi.  The most common cause is that the Ethernet cable was connected after the Amazon Fire TV was powered on and the Wifi may be trying to connect.  Here are a few suggestions on how to get the Amazon Fire TV Box to connect to the internet with the Ethernet.
Easiest First:  Remove the Power Cable from the Amazon Fire TV Box.  Connect the Ethernet cable to the Amazon Fire TV Box, and the other end to your router.  Power the Amazon Fire TV Box back on.  This will usually correct the issue of the Amazon Fire TV Box connecting to the internet over Ethernet.
If this does not work then...
You Can Also Check the Settings:
Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to you Amazon Fire TV Box and the other end to your router.
In the Amazon Screen go to Home screen, select Settings > System > Network > Wired.  This Should select the wired network as you primary internet connection.
If this does not work then.
then you have to do a factory reset. after that it will connect automatically with your hard wire
