Jack O' Lantern can mount onto a minifigure's head and has
been used in a set to make a Headless Horseman.
The pumpkin does not mount directly onto LEGO studs.  LEGO
instructions are to put a round 1 x 1 plate onto a stud, then any
standard minifigure head onto the plate, and then the pumpkin head
can be placed onto the head.
