Additional Information:
This is a really good Low A Baritone saxophone to get fixed up!  Overall it is in really nice shape.  There are some minor dents and dings in the horn from typical player wear.  The neck has some minor pull down (see pics).  It looks like when the neck got pushed in so did the U-Tube so there is a post at the UTube that will need to be re-soldered (see pics).  The key at the U Tube just below the neck tenon receiver (vent key) is out of alignment due to the push in and is missing its pad (see pics).  The U-Tube to body brace post needs to be re-soldered on the body side and the inside brace along the U-Tube needs to be re-soldered (see pics).  There is a key guard at the bottom of the horn that needs one of its feet re-soldered. One of the screws on the bell to body brace is a replacement screw (see pics). It has the triple ring neck hook.  The pads are in good shape and once the adjustments happen this should be a really great playing low A baritone saxophone! We did tape over the vent key in order to test play it and it did play very well and it had a nice big sound.  We have sold several of these and they tend to go very quickly, so do not miss out!  The ROC typically indicates Republic of China aka Taiwan.
Instrument Condition:
The overall physical condition of this used instrument is Good
Playing Condition:
This instrument is currently in Non playing condition.  It does kind of play but really it needs an adjustment to truly be in good playing condition. The octave vent pad needs to be replaced so we taped over that area and it played very well.
The Finish:
It has approximately 80-85% of the lacquered finish
Player Wear:
Light to Medium general wear (visible surface scratches and wear and/or small-medium dents and dings) (See Pics)
The Bell:
Minor dents and dings and minor bell lip pull down removal (See Pics)
The Bow:
Has a light dent in the bow guard and/or a small ding (See Pics)
Pad Condition:
Good Used Pads Throughout.  The key that is on the U Tube directly under the neck tenon receiver (octave vent) does not have a pad and will need one (not included).

The Neck:
has approximately 15-20% of the finish remaining with Medium wear (some dents and dings with a minor pull down) (See Pics)
Re-soldered:
One or two (See Pics) see right hand thumb rest and key guard (see pics).  There is a keyguard foot brace, the U-Tube Brace and a post up at the neck receiver to the body that needs to be re-soldered.
The Mouthpiece:
A good used Yamaha 5C mouthpiece, ligature and a Yamaha cap.
The Stand:
If pictured, not included.

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.

In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.

Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.

Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.
