Vintage 1965 Cox Bill Thomas "Cheetah" Slot Car
.  Cox catalog no. 16000.  Cox 1/24th scale vintage slot car, professionally painted brilliant candy apple red in color, (the photos don't show the bright red color very well) clear and chrome plated plastic parts, this builder has done a magnificent job of assembling this Bill Thomas Cheetah.  Clear windshield, headlights are intact, detailed painted driver figure.  Velocity stacks with real screens stick thru the hood.  Cox's patented magnesium 1/24th scale chassis and it is powered by the
X-250 Sidewinder
motor.  Pickup shoe is missing, probably on purpose so the car will sit and display level.  This slot car was most likely never raced!  W
