Cannot really find much info about these Tenor Saxophone made in Italy

serial 45090 and stamped ITALY by the serial #
the sax is very nice for the most part, it is straight and no major dents or damage
all the keys are working. no missing or broken keys
the lacquer shows some normal wear and scratches but is still decent
there are some small dents and dings on bell curve and on neck as seen
edge of bell has a flattened area, otherwise the bell is straight - etching logo is sharp
will need a new pad set and normal adjusting and service
includes old soft case that has seen better days
